I am an experienced yoga teacher, who focuses on the powerful effects of holistic yoga on physiology; mental health; and spiritual wellbeing. I offer recovery alternatives, coaching clients in pranayama (breathwork), meditation and movement

Having been through the recovery process I came to realize that one size of therapy does not fit all. As a result my journey has taken me around the world to study and practice. It has included not just conventional therapy but eastern philosophy and practices.
Right Sized Approach
Understanding that the body and the mind must heal together for true well being to be achieved, my approach to recovery includes yoga and other movement, nutrition, physical activity, breathwork, meditation , conscious communication, reflection, and positive self talk. So often when struggling with addictions, depression, anxiety and any other debilitating affliction, we become disconnected from ourselves. By creating body awareness and holding space for reflection and self discovery we can create a space free from judgement and begin to nurture change.
